YORKVILLE- State Representative Jed Davis (R-Yorkville) is joining with State Senator Sue Rezin (R-Morris) in hosting an upcoming senior health fair at Saratoga Elementary School, 4040 N. Division Street, Morris, on Wednesday, August 2nd. The event is free, open to the public, and will run from 9am to 11am.
This event encourages area senior citizens to learn about how they can save money, have fun, and take advantage of free health screenings. There will be dozens of vendors available from area businesses, organizations, and state agencies aimed at helping seniors in every aspect of their lives.
Representative Davis is co-hosting the event, alongside State Senators Sue Rezin (Morris) and Tom Bennett (Gibson City), and State Representative Jason Bunting (Emington).
“This fair is a convenient opportunity for seniors to access the tools they need to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle all at one time,” said Davis. “It’s important to uplift our senior population and remind them that we are here to support them as much as possible.”
